All domain names require you pay a domain registrar a domain registration fee to register the domain name, and an annual renewal fee to maintain ownership of the domain name.

Registration/renewal fees are paid directly to the domain registrar where the domain name is registered, and range from $8 and $20 per year, depending on the registrar, and the domain extension (for example .com, .net and .org).

The domain names listed at BrandAlias.com are already registered (pre-registered). As such, when you purchase a domain name from us, you will only need to pay the domain registrar the annual renewal fee by the anniversary date of the domain registration. The domain registrar will normally send you emails when the domain name is soon due for renewal.

Once you pay the full purchase price for the domain name, you will have no further financial obligations to BrandAlias.com.

Please note that failure to renew your domain name before the expiry date (the anniversary of the domain registration) will result in you losing ownership rights of the domain name. The domain name will then be made available to the public for registration, by the domain registrar.

The domain registrar will email you renewal notices in advance of the domain expiration date. You can also opt to auto renew your domain name to avoid losing it.
